Chicken Manchurian is a Chinese Cuisine and very popular across the globe. This is an easy, quick & delicious recipe.

Garlic-ginger paste with added Chinese sauce make this recipe a perfect combination spices & leaves behind delicious taste.

Wash and dry the chicken then cut into medium pieces and add it to a bowl.

Add salt, Ginger Garlic paste and mix well. Then add broken egg and coat all chicken pieces with egg. Add pinch of red food color. Now add Corn flour and mix well until each chicken piece get a fine cover of corn flour. Do not add Water.

Heat oil in a deep & non-stick pan. Deep fry marinated chicken piece until it turns golden in color.

Heat two to three tablespoon of oil in a non stick pan, once the oil is hot, add chopped ginger, garlic, green chili. Fry for 1 min.

Add Chopped Bell Pepper.

Then add soy-sauce, red chili sauce, tomato sauce. Add the Corn starch to make it little thick consistency. Our Manchurian Sauce is ready.Add-Soya-Sauce

Now add the fried chicken to Manchuria sauce and give it a gentle coat and top with spring onions. Chicken Manchurian is ready to serve.
