How To Make a Banana Smoothie
If you are a banana lover like me then this recipe is for you.
Banana smoothie is a delicious, healthy and refreshing drink that can kick start your day with lots of energy and makes a perfect solution for your breakfast time.
There are several reasons why you should have a banana everyday and your kids too. Banana is nutrient rich super food and great source of fibers, potassium, Vitamin B, Vitamin C and Amino acids.
Banana smoothie comes handy when kids hate eating bananas. Just take a banana, cup of milk, a spoonful of sugar, dry fruits & blend it together in a juicer to make yummy smoothie.
2 whole bananas (Best with brown flecks on peel)
1 glass milk
dry fruits (As per wish)
1 or 2 green cardamom
1 teaspoon sugar if needed
Take few almonds, cashew nuts, & 2 banana’s. Cut the banana in small pieces.
Pour all the ingredients in blender excepts milk & blend for few seconds.
Now pour milk in last. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Blend until banana smoothie thickens or for 1 minute.
Banana smoothie is ready to serve.
In this recipe instead of Sugar we can use Honey as well as we can add cocoa powder or chocolate essence to give extra flavor to this Delicious Banana Smoothie.

- Pour all the ingredients in blender excepts milk & blend for couple of minutes.
- Now pour milk & blend for a minute.
- Blend until banana smoothie thickens.
