Lets get to it-

Ingredients :

3 eggs
1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp tomato, finely chopped
1 tbsp green chilies, finely chopped
1 tbsp oil
Salt and ground pepper for seasoning (instead of green chilies we can use it.)

Method :

1. Get all the ingredient ready.

2.Crack the eggs into a bowl.

3. Add salt, onion, tomatoes, green chilies and stir until combined well.

4. Mix all ingredient together.

5. Grease a frying pan with oil. And  heat the frying pan on medium heat. Then pour in 1/3 egg mixture on pan over a low heat, cook it until half done.

6. Roll the omelet half way from the right to the middle. And move the egg roll to the right edge of the pan.

7. Now add in 1/3 egg mixture to cover the left half of the pan. And cook until half done. Then roll again half omelet from the right to the left and move the egg roll to the right side of the pan. Then add remaining egg mixture and cook until half done. And finally roll whole omelet.

8. Transfer to a cutting board. Let it cool and then cut into even & small pieces because when an egg roll is hot, it will broke easily & look messy.
