Paneer 65 Recipe – Easy Paneer 65 Recipe
Paneer 65 recipe is one of the few recipes which demand little time and provides great taste.
Deep fried cubes of paneer coated with spices makes this dish delicious and popular among kids.
We tossed fried paneer cubes with spoonful of Chinese sauce to give this dish Chinese taste. If you are making this for your kids then you can skip using these sauce. Instead opt for dry paneer 65.
Take 4 Tbsp of Rice flour, 2 Tbsp of Gram flour & 2 Tbsp of Corn flour in a bowl.
Add 1 Tbsp of paste made from Ginger, Garlics, & Green Chillies. Also add 1 tbsp of red chilly powder and 1 Tbsp of garam masala powder. Salt to taste.
You can also add few drops of lime juice to this mixture. Add 4 to 5 tbsp of water and whisk together to get a smooth batter with medium consistency.
Once you get the batter ready, add cube of paneer. Cover each cube with batter and deep fry them until it turns golden & crisp.
Health conscious people can shallow fry them on medium flame.
Add these fried paneer cubes to kitchen tissue paper to remove excess oil.
Heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add 4 tbsp of chopped onions & 1 tbsp of chopped garlic & green chilies. Stir well until onions starts to turn brown.
Add green chili sauce, red chili sauce & soya sauce, half tbsp each. Stir well. Add pinch of salt to taste.
You can skip this step if you don’t like Chinese taste or making this dish for kids.
Add fried paneer cubes and saute with all other ingredient.
Toss this paneer cube well and add 2 to 3 tbsp of chopped spring onions.
Stir all ingredient together for couple of minutes and serve hot.
This paneer 65 recipe can be served as starter or with meal. If you are making this for kids then reduce the amount of spices & chilies.
